Will crystal tower require all players in the party to play on their toes?

Since the myth tomes implementation, majority people have at least gotten a piece of i90 gear on themselves.
To make Crystal Tower as the dungeon to fit the gap of item level 80s is not going to be a very attractive addition for endgame, only good for players who are still progressing before Binding Coil of Bahamut.
Question:
Crystal Tower is known as a "Tower", we do not know how many levels or turns are going to be inserted inside this "Tower". Can you tell us how many expected levels/turns are going to be included in Crystal tower and what type of attractive rewards awaits not for all players, but the type of rewards that can keep endgame players to challenge CT?
Since this is an alliance duty, will we get a 4th limit break slot?
If yes, it would be nice if each job got its own move like in the opening cutscene
Are we going to be given the option to setup our own Alliance kind of similar to that in FFXI and will there be one overall raid leader?
Will there be any chase instances in the Tower where one group will be running from something while the other groups attempt to slow or stop it? Have these types of mechanics been considered once or twice?
Well... "Common" sense isn't all that common anymore, now is it?
Could there be a set bonus to getting all gear from CT for a specific class?
Will there ever be the ability to vote to kick a person that has disconnected?
Is each floor of the tower a battlefield or large like a dungeon? If so, do you think in the future we could see Players/FCs being able to "create" their own floors of the tower (layout/mobs/bosses) similar in a way to how MMM worked in FF11?
How do you expect the Crystal Tower to run on the ps3? I am afraid to think of having 24 people all in the same battle, and not having at least some minor issues. I ask because I am a concerned ps3 player, and dungeons like CM and Prae did not run overwhelmingly well with only 8 people. Thanks for your time. =)
