Unable to connect to duty finder server

Keep getting the error:

Unable to connect to duty finder server. Please try again later.

This error only happens on my character called Rach Penny on the balmung server, my other character Pompey Dan on the same server can get into duty finder just fine.

Really annoying because I still need to cap mythology for this week.

Class/Level: 30 Marauder

Party or Solo: Solo

NPC Name: Solkwyb

Monster Name: None

In-Game Time: 9:48pm

Steps: I clicked on the NPC to start my level 30 class quest, Bleeder of the Pack. After clicking "Proceed" my game freezes for a moment then I get this error message:

A system error occurred during event movement.
Unable to connect to Duty Finder server. Please try again later.

Other people in my free company have also experienced this issue when trying to join any individual quest that requires an instance.

I am getting this error also, only on my main (Sinamin Sinstealer) on server Excalibur.
