Accuracy Cap for Turn 5?

I know for turn 4 it's 472 but I think I remember seeing somewhere it's 485 for turn 5 but can't find it anywhere... does anyone know for certain?

I ask because the allagan pants dropped tonight and I WAS saving for valor, but it seems like a waste to get those now (maybe way later). But to use them, I need to gain some accuracy.

If I replace my allagan boots with valor, I'd be at 483 acc, and with HQ deviled eggs I'd be at 493. Well over the cap, but I'd gain no VIT.

On the other hand, I could get my valor helm and gain 9 vit, but this would drop me to 477 acc with hq deviled eggs.

If I got the helm, next week I'd be able to get the ring which would bring that 477 acc up to 482 with food.

So anyway, just trying to figure out what the actual hitcap is before making this decision.

One of our member ran a pars @ 472 through our coil run and it was 100% hit. I don't not take food into consideration when working on my bis. If I use food its only for either more par or more vit. Other then that I don't want to be forced to use food to only gain a marginal increase in stats.

Thanks for the advice, I decided to go with the helm, now my hp is just over 6500 in a party w food and I'm at 477 accuracy.

I can confirm it's over 480. I've had somebody in my party miss at 480 and somebody never miss at 482. So we think ACC cap for physical damage is 481 or 482, It's most likely 481 from just eyeballing a few character stats but again not 100% sure, 481 or 482.

That's quite odd because not one of our people missed @ 472 when we parsed maybe it was shear luck. I will run another test next week to verify.

A friend of mine in-game mentioned that it's only higher for the adds on twintania, not sure if that's correct or not. Now that I'm at 477 I'll update this the next time we try turn 5 and let yall know if I missed at all (on twintania). Most likely be tonight or tomorrow night.

Well the person w/ the 472 acc was a dps. He was hitting everything including TT. 100% connect. I would like to know for sure so if any of you run a parse and find out different please advise. We wont get to run another test until Monday.

Make sure your sample size is large enough to prove that 472 is correct.

Confused as to whether you mean Valor Cuisses (legs) and Heavy Allagan Flanchard (feet). You should be getting Valor Cuisses anyways b/c of the higher parry and acc over Allagan Legs (so you can switch in gear w/ lots of parry and little to no acc like Allagan Feet, Surcoat, Valor Gloves, etc.)

You should not be considering getting Valor feet over Allagan for any reason but vanity.

Aim for 475 acc without food and you'll be fine.

Edit: And if you're main tank you should be eating parry/vit food like La Noscean Toast and eventually Finger Sandwich.

Oh for sure I totally agree. We did the test over the entire raid 1-5. That's about 3-hrs of data of course 40mins - 1 hr is turn 1 - 4 and 5 well lol we just keep loosing. So basically 2 hrs of fighting in turn 5. I will get the guy to run it again on Monday when we raid again.
