    I could upgrade from ST to AT with just cheap NPC food if needed for 2 star, but atm I am guranteeing 1-star HQ with ST so AT is not needed on 1-star. I was just kind of curious how much control would be required for this particular rotation to 100% 2-star since it actually doesn't even need CP food atm.
