Anyway have people found the dreadwyrm legs? I'm still using crafted i90, not sure whether to upgrade yet if they're 10 or 11.

Go for it, T10 and 11 are already confirmed to have 3 caster drops each and it would be unbalanced if the pants dropped in either of them.

but whenever i try it in actual fight i feel more delay over dummy, not sure if its my PC really or connection

Chest/Legs: 41 acc/crit/spellspeed/skillspeed, 29 det, 31 Piety
Head/Gloves/Feet: 25 acc/crit/spellspeed/skillspeed 18 det, 19 pie
Belt: 19 acc/crit/spellspeed/skillspeed, 13 det, 14 piety

I'm on T13 with my fc Black Hope and the cap acc is not 500. With 513 acc i miss -> 519 no miss with 2293 hit.

Are you positive that it's not auto attack that was missed?

If not, could you find out what spell(s) were missed?

It's not auto attack.

513 acc -> 2534 hits 6 miss

Blizzard III 3 miss
Thunder III 1 miss
Fire I 2 miss

Non-healer gear caps PIE lower. Ariyala says (for example) 16 PIE for i90 head/hands/feet but on caster gear it will cap at 11. Can see this on the Novus/Nexus as well; Stardust Rod Novus only takes 23 PIE to cap where a healer weapon can have 33.
