when will it be released and is it true theres going to be a barber shop and somewhere where you can change you're facial features?

I believe it is supposed to be either late november/early december and yes it will have the barber shop.

You can change hair, face paint, tattoos, lip color, and facial hair.

They have not released a date yet. except before February. Since they said the update would include the 180 Day Veteran Rewards, so it has to be released before then. They also stated the they would be doing updates every 3-3.5 months but early updates have already delayed so they might not make that time frame.

Yes its supposed to include the barber shop. But Facial features won't be change-able. Just Hair, Tattoos and Face paint with more options of each.

And this is the patch with company housing as well correct?
Or is that a later patch

Yes this one will have Free Company housing. Personal housing will be 6 months after this patch.

Will skin tone be changeable?

It's likely not going to be an option since it's not exactly something you can get changed by a haircut and makeup lol

Yoshi hinted that its going to happen in december when he said expect war changes in December. So assuming its part of 2.1 then he probably have december marked.
