    Welcome to Forum: Website Bugs!

The purpose of this forum is to collect reports on issues that players have experienced in FINAL FANTASY XIV official forums, the Lodestone and/or other official websites concerning FINAL FANTASY XIV. To make these websites more useful for players, we would like to ask for your cooperation.
    * With bug reports on localization and other English-related issues such as grammatical/spelling errors, please report them by creating a post on the sub-forum “Localization” under the “FEEDBACK”.

Development and operation teams will regularly monitor this forum and will give feedback on reported issues after they confirm the details. After feedback has been made to the reported issue, the thread will be locked. In case there are not enough details included in the report, we may make a response asking for additional details.

Please take time to read the following rules and the FINAL FANTASY XIV Forum Guidelines(North America/UK) before you post or start a discussion.

    General Forum Rules:
Please refer to the following thread: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/76

    Rules on Website Bugs:
    • When you make a bug report, please be sure to include all necessary information. (Date and time, name of the website where the issue occurred, the exact page location, the browser you are using, steps on how it occurred, etc.)
    • Use proper English and avoid slang, abbreviations or improper terms.
    • The following posts are considered to be improper and are subject for deletion.
      - Posts suggesting to take advantage of a bug
      - Posts that have nothing to do with the reported bug
      - Re-posting a thread from another forum
      - Posts requesting for the progress or status on the investigation of reported issue
    • In case you wish to report multiple issues, please do not report them in a single thread. Report them individually.
    • To prevent multiple threads on a similar issue, please refrain from creating a new thread on a similar topic. However if you have additional details regarding the on-going issue, please provide them by replying to the thread.

    Example:

Thread Title: Website design will collapse on IE9

    Details:
I have recently installed Internet Explorer 9 on my PC. When I use IE9 to view the FINAL FANTASY XIV Lodestone, the website design collapses where the banner images of “FINAL FANTASY XIV CHANNEL” and such, which are placed at the bottom-right side of the page, overlap with “New Posts” up at the top. I have confirmed this happening on the top page of the FINAL FANTASY XIV Lodestone.

    Date/Time: Feb. 6, 2011 21:42 PST
Location: Top page of the FINAL FANTASY XIV Lodestone, http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com/pl/index.html
Operation System: Windows 7 Home Premium
    Browser: Internet Explorer 9

*Please note that this is an EXAMPLE only and is not an actual bug report.
