3. I put on the weathered armor that I received.
4. I proceeded to talk to the people around town.
5. I talked to 4/5 (Knerl being number 5).
6. I tried talking to Knerl while dressed in weathered armor.
7. I tried talking to Knerl while not wearing anything but the weathered armor.
