DS4/PS4 controller calibration

I recently just purchased a DS4/PS4 controller. The game recognizes the controller however being a different controller and thus have different buttons, need to be calibrated.

However the issue is that despite the game will react and recognize to the controller, whenever I try to calibrate the buttons the game doesn't do anything.
Steam Big Picture for example recognizes and able to calibrate, the other controller I was using also is able to calibrate in FFXIV, however this for some reason is unable to.
