This is in regard to an earlier thread, please read the whole!
1. In the thread linked by the moderator Avurach ("Please browse through this thread for any possible solutions you may not have tried yet"): There is not a single possible solution in that thread. I read through the whole 12 pages, there is not a single suggestion!
2. My problem seems to be different than that of the others: I get a error 90000 every time and reproducible at the end of the loading screen. Meaning: I cannot even play the game for a second.
As the problem does not occur when I connect via VPN, it is most probably a network/P2P/port-issue. So please tell me or my provider (info below) what measures we have to take to take FF: ARR from the P2P unblock list: E.g. server IPs, port-ranges, etc! I already told my ISP some info (see below), but it is not enough, it still doesn't work!

I also sent them the official port-ranges: ▼UDPI get to the char-selection screen, login with my char, but at the end of the loading screen I get an error 90000 every time. Sometimes the game-world pops up for 1-2 seconds, but nothing moves, and then the 90000 follows.
But when I connected via a VPN, it works, but it's unplayable because my VPN is too slow.
I sent the server IP to the admin of the University networks (I live on a Uni campus), more precisely the following:
He sent back:The IPs are 199.91.189.23 and 199.91.189.25, a trace is included below. The port range seems to be (unofficial) TCP - 54992-55551 UDP, 55296-55551, in my case it was 55027 UDP.
After that, it worked fine for a few days. BUT this Monday, (after the patch?) it stopped working again! The admin says he didn't change anything. So did something change with the patch? What can I do?We have P2P blocking in place which can usually cause these connection issues. However I have added a list of servers and ports to the P2P Override unblock list that we have in place.
