That's easy Deceptions, you look at what sells quickly (thread wise, Linen, Velveteen etc.), HQ a ton of them and stick them on the MW, if you can HQ Wool Thread then go out, get100 sheep wool and that's, what, 70k in your pocket? Also, stick them on in smaller quantities, 1/5/9 not 99/250/999/101909123....

Way to flood the market with an item and make it crash on said item.

In the stream it was 850k for the house ... not the land. That cost for the house could still be the same.
