I can get 8xAA to work just great in dungeons `~`

Then I leave and the stutter begins.

BTW anyone in here with ATI HD5770 that was able to update to 11.6 driver? Last night found out there was new updates since my last update in March so was trying and got BSOD then windows didn't start, had to restore to earlier time and tried again... same... then tried uninstalling all the ATI stuff first and trying again... still BSOD. After googling around found out I wasn't the only one having this issue on the 5770 and few other models, only solution I found so far was update to 11.5 but no info on how to update to 11.6. Dunno if I even need to update to 11.6.

I would imagine there is a hotfix coming in the form of 11.6a
I actually didn't download 11.6... the new catalyst automatically updated it for me...
Kind of cool too, no more searching for the newest driver every month

TL;DR - Spend $700 on a graphics card, and the game will run fine so long as settings aren't maxed.

I have a XFX 5770 and had no issues with the update when it came. I doubt that you'll miss much if you don't update, I think the best thing to do would be just to stay with the drivers that your were using before.
