Had 2mill in account and woke up with 100k and missing items?????????

WTF is up with this ....i had some of my items such as ingot,potash ect.. are sold on the market for hella cheap...last i remember i didnt put up shit....all my alchemist gears are stripped down and sold on the market,all the shard i bought for crafting ...roughly around 5000shards and its all gone!!! did my account got hack or SE is doing work on players and not gilsellers?????

I highly doubt SE would log into your account, sell expensive items cheap on the market, and then strip all your characters and Gil. Sounds like you got hacked, sorry bro

If they have been sold on the markets I you probably got hacked, why would SE want to sell your items on the market?

SE doesn't sell off peoples gear and stash, clearly you were hacked and taken for a ride... not sure why they didn't clean you out entirely but; that doesn't sound like SE's handiwork.

Obvious questions:
- Was your password unique to this game
- Did anyone else know your password?
- Was your password something simple like a word you'll find in a dictionary

sounds like you got hacked my friend srry, my advice get a token or phone app for added security (you are one of many who have already been thru this) I myself haven't been hacked.

at this point you gotta suck it up as a loss and learn from your mistake.

Your account got hacked if you want your stuff back you have to do a roll back. It would take anywhere from 7-10days also i would change my password and make sure it have upper case letter and add number too it. I would also change my email for that account seeing how my gf got hacked and her email was hacked along with it.


Sidenote: If you do apply for a roll back you can't play your char too the roll back is done. So even if you could play for 5days noting be saved because it be rollback before you was hacked.
