At 6:15 you will see a uncountable Primals descending onto the planet. Anyone know or have a guess who the may be? Yes this is the intro to 1.0 but still it can be used here.

Well that's leviathan and Ramuh will come same with shiva and Saw image of Fenrir but he won't be a primal sadly.

We know about Levi and sheva but it made it seem like there was. Couple hundred Primals I've played ffIII and some of ffVII but even with that there can not add up everything together. Numbers are off...extremely off...
The original opening only showed Ifrit and Titan bursting out of the light (I just viewed the scene in question and confirmed it) - the other Primals' were deliberately obscured and just looked like glowing orbs (in fact, when they first are shown in silhouette against the light (after 'Derplander' is blown off the Juggernaut and is shown falling), all SE did was take the Ifrit and Titan models, and copy and pasted them around Ifrit and Titan, obscuring them with lightglow.
So yeah, Ramuh and Leviathan don't appear in that scene - only Ifrit and Titan do I'm afraid.
Yes I understand that, however it still implies that there are MANY other Primals.
I doubt all those lights are Primals. They may just be other aetheritic beings. I'm not sure King Mog would classify as one, but could very well be.

It does seem like there are quite a few. Aether is diffuse when the realm is in balance, but when that balance is broken, the aether can concentrate and form new life. I've still got a theory on the back burner somewhere that primals are thoughtforms - that when beings concentrate the aether of crystals and such to summon forth entities, these concentrations take on the likenesses and personalities of whatever it is you believe that you're conjuring. This would mean that there are infinite forms primals could take - and could also explain away another of my fringe theories - that the Twelve are legendary Allag figures who inspired stories that in turn shape the aether's behavior when conjured. We don't have to look far to see another example of this... which leads me to...
Louisoix confirmed that Moggle isn't a primal. He is a legend that was conjured from the aether as if he was a primal, consistent with the theory above ... but that doesn't mean I'm right. It's just the only thing I can think of so far that connects all the pieces of the puzzle.
EDIT
Now that I think about it, though, if primals were thoughtforms, then why wouldn't Moggle be considered one? I doubt there would be such a separation if it was convention alone... might need to ponder this one for a while.

Because Louisoix was racist (primalist?). Typical Elezen. :P
Not to say they were in the old opening scene, but there are a couple of unknown Primal candidates I can think of...
Some concept art of Fenrir:

Siren may also be another potential Primal...
