This. I would love to pay and get the free days off so I can transfer but it looks like its a no go. I swear to GOD there is always something! Its like someone doesnt want me to transfer at all... I bet even after I am able to apply for transfer something else would go wrong....

In the exact same boat. If they can't resolve this and I have to wait almost another month to play with my friends then I think I am just done. I will have lost interest in a month from now if I still can't play with my friends who are already well established on Leviathan; then I don't know if I will be able to press the payment button to pay for the transfer service 3 weeks later when nearly everyone else will get it for free who paid in less for the game.

So... I live in Brazil and it took me 44 days to receive my physical copy. I couldn't cancel and order a digital one since it wasn't available at that time. The result is:

Remaining Days ： 27 days (Free Trial Period)

Because of that I can't use the free transfer? Awesome.

PS: It was pre-ordered on July 18th and shipped on August 20th
