Problem when entering a dungeon/game

I have a issue when im trying to enter game or enter a dungeon.
first thing if i get the issue early, it's just turing the sound in-game off, black-screen and i can only ctrl + alt -delete to shutdown the game. i have the same issue when im entering a dungeon. it stops at the load-screen can't do anything.

but sometimes i can play normal in other area's but not in dungeon. i tought it was my stream + game that took the heat up, but it wasen't. i diden't have this issue before i formatted my pc for 2 day's ago. back then everything was smud.
the pc is smud now also, but got this problem!
