Duty Finder Lockout Time not counting down unless duty finder window open

    ISP: Comcast
    Type of Internet Connection: Cable
    Internet Connection Speed: 50Mbit/s
Date & Time: Last time @ 10/1, 9:55 PM EST
    Frequency: Always
    Character Name: D'momo Pascal
    Race: Miqo'te F
    World: Hyperion
    Class/Level: 50 PLD
    Area and Coordinates: Various
Party or Solo: Party in duty finder instance, Solo outside
    NPC Name: None
    Monster Name: None
    In-Game Time: 3:30 AM
Steps: In a duty finder instance for various dungeons, manually hit "Withdraw" from the instance. Get imposed the 15 minute penalty before being able to use the Duty Finder again. I used return to go back to Ul'Dah, went to my room to manage my retainer for a while. Upon leaving my room I checked the duty finder and it still said 15 minutes waiting despite more than 30 minutes having passed. The timer only appears to go down while leaving the duty finder window open, but after it went down to about 7 minutes I closed the window and bought a chocobo porter to Vesper Bay. Upon zoning to western thanalan I check the duty finder again and the time had gone back up to 9 minutes. Left the duty finder window open until it finished counting.

Yep, there is really something weird about the timer.

I left Amdapor Keep at 8:50 a.m. (GMT+2), and recieved the 15 min. penalty, but I never opened the window to check.
I was standing in Old Gridania at this time. Well, I watched some youtube while waiting.
At 9:27 a.m. I opened the DF window, and it still said 15 min remaining. I kept it open until I saw it actually count down to 14 mins, at wich I decided to just enter my Inn room....
But when I opened up the DF window inside my inn room, the bloody timer had reset itself to 15 mins again.

It is now 9:45 a.m, and there is still 3 minutes remaining.
So yeah, its actually been a 1 hour lockout due to this.

If you log out and log back in, that will fix the buggy timer on the duty finder (from what I've noticed). However, that still doesn't save you the time you've lost because of it sadly.
