Only JP character showing on Titan for me, no sign of my main on Moogle. I'm on PS3.
My hard copy hasn't arrived yet, hopefully this will be sorted by the time it arrives.
I have the same problem. I'm not registering my CE code until they fix it because I've heard if you do it as is they will only send the items to your JP characters.
SE showing us once again who really matters to them.
On the PS3 version, Bought the ps3 version from there playstation network. The other day so i had no codes to put in, some how it created two accounts for me , So now i think I am screwed, Going to maybe have to restart, had jobs lv20 and a lot done, and a bad feeling there going to try make me create a new character and try get back into a na/eu server. Throwing my hands in the air now, Thinking if unable to fixed it in 4 days. My ffXI account that been paying for many many years also had planned on playing and paying for both. I will just can ffxi subscription now. Waiting for email. I'll give them 3 days fixed it.
I have my codes too but only JP characters show up same as others. I should have a lvl 18 glad on Exodus...
Every character on your account get it. Not specific character.
Same thing happens to me, shows 0 characters. I would not worry about it though, probably it just means it's not fully ready yet.

Guessing registering it to the right account is the important bit. The characters shown shouldn't be too much of an issue as far as the sub goes. It'd be nice to have something official for peace of mind though.

I was worried about this as well. I had 2 JP characters showing but none of my NA. I went ahead and put my CE code in and low and behold i got my CE items mailed to my NA Character on Balmung. I wouldnt worry and just do it but make sure your on the right SE Service Account when u go to "add service"
