How to level at level 20+?

I mean the best way to level? im level 21 but only exp I can find that's good is fate but it's only at one small place which only spawn 2 fate every couple of minutes. I only have level 10 guildheist and the duty finder takes forever to find people for a dungeon.

Edit: I'm sorry but I find it hard to believe you did all the (Non story related) lvl 20 quests and are only 21.

There are other regions you can travel to in order to get more quests.
If you're really in a crunch for exp you can do Guild Hests that grant a boat of of exp for the 1st completion.

Honestly~ you got your main quest line, other city quests, lvl 10 needs to be done in order 10>15>20 to unlock the next hests etc etc.

Lots of ways just gotta find em

There used to be this thing called an XP Party and you could go kill any monster you wanted to in the entire world for XP!!!

It was great!! You didn't even need a full party, you could solo or duo!

No waiting for Fates or Duty, you just went out and killed stuff!!

Ah. Simpler times.

Just follow the main storyline quests and be sure to do all the quests in the hubs it sends you to. Also dart into any fates around your level that you notice along the way. This has worked great for me thus far (level 25 now).
