90k in potd/HoH solo automatic KO

Square Enix, how the hell do you expect people to solo this when your servers are garbage and you consider 90k'ing a KO? the content is hard enough on its own and we cant avoid being 90k'd and having to start completely from scratch, its bullshit. At least let us restart from the previous set of floors instead of being a KO. FIX THIS PLEASE!

On the flipside, people shouldn't be able to cheat by simply pulling the plug on their internet.

It could follow the same rules as other dungeons. you cant logout during combat, so you cant pull the plug if you hit a luring trap for example. and if you do get 90k or logout, you just startover at the beginning of the set of floors. or at least give us a chance to log back in?

That still defeats the purpose of a floor being random and unknown.
People have been asking for this for a while, pretty much since potd came out, and it'll never happen. It circumvents everything it has going for it.

I think the underlying issue is that their antibot measures or whatever will 90k for using movement abilities in some situations. From the number of complaints and that people figured out how to consistently reproduce it... it obviously needs some refinement.

Or you're just going through NTT, which is also a problem...

It can still be randomized. reset back to the start of the set with a new generation of floors, just without being KO'd. At the moment not only do you need to play a perfect game but there is also a hidden insta death mechanic you cant avoid, being 90k'd.

If they want keep there player base they will fix it and make it fair or take chance loosing more people that's already left after they finish the story and new content. They should start you back at same spot you disconnected at like they do in dungeons and Not count it as a KO.

I wouldnt call that cheating. you are still putting time in to doing the floors and risking death. so what if it makes things slightly more favorable?You cant guarantee "resetting" will offer a favorable result because its all RANDOM. This content is already difficult enough as it is, and if they wanted to balance it they could give a time penalty instead. its still better than wasting 10 hours from being 90k'd because of garbage servers, or ISP
