job progression halted

Character is Gliss Turnhept, blm completed job level 30 but unable to do level 35. current lvl is 40. ck'd for any special requirements and non listed. please help

Sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but are you looking in the right place?

After 30 the job quests move to Steps of Thal. Between the teleports for Miners and Weavers guild is a small area for the Milvaneth Sacrarium and the NPC is there.

before you contact support check your journal there is more than one lvl 30 job quest
