This is how I imagined the tackle mastery trait would work. Wind helps you get to GL3 faster, Earth helps you stay in GL3 during transitions and fire helps you build chakra more consistently.

This 100%. If you start coordinating, every class with a 60s Cooldown like Berserk, Wildfire etc. can time their burst with TA. Fun times.

I don't mind them not being on the cooldowns. I do think it'd be nice to see +5 Gauge on Heavy Swing & Overpower.

Control issues.
In Stormblood Steel Cyclone will automatically switch to Decimate when you switch from Defiance to Deliverance. Same with IB and Fell Cleave & Inner Release and Unchained.
Start Encounter > Infuriate + Steel Cyclone > Storm's Eye > Overpower X3 > Storm's Path > Steel Cyclone > ???
That'll keep your TP comfortable and keep threat under control assuming your gear...

Sadly the only place the fall damage trait is viable is in PvP. I've jumped off cliffs and had people follow me off them only to nearly suicide allowing me to pick up easy kills.
