But guys... In terms of damage, if we cap the ilv differently we can get a lv 50 lv60 and a lv 20 doing almost the same damage, effort x damage doesnt count here because we are talking about new...

but if we get capped harder like... like 5 to 10 ilvs less than the ones unsynced (based on lv 60 only) so we will do more or less the same damage as the ppl unsynced.

If we only look the bad side of everything we will never have something new on the game... it CAN happen but... it won't happen 100% of the time... just as you can kick everyone on the PT now a...
