I don't see them there. When i go to duty yeah they're listed on the left but the right part of the window doesn't show them.

You should recieve an email that contains that ticket and a link to a page where you can cancel it. I received the email almost 24 hours after opening the ticket iirc.

Yep. You're just gonna have to play using her PSN unless you crete a new SE account and link it to yours. As the title of your thread says, it's the SE and PSN accounts that are linked. It's not PSN...

From what I've read yes you have to pre-order if you don't meet requirements to be a legacy character to be able to get in EA.
