Alright I was reading the dialogue with a GC NPC and made it seem like I had to exchange GC seals for a Sanction.

Does it cost GC Seals to get a Sanction? Or is it free buff?

Well for one... crafting is a huge time sink. And two.. imagine lv. 75 cap. Sure it'll be fun leveling to lv. 75 on a DoW/DoM but for DoH and DoL? ha... it's going to be dreadful if they don't find...

Meh you already hate NIN, long before coming across my post. Like you said, NIN has varied a bit... NIN in FFXIV doesn't have to exactly resemble NIN in FFXI.

With NIN as a job, utsu will be unique and no other job can share NIN...

When those waves of plumes come right before 2 hour do we need to kill as many as possible before 2 hour in order to resist 2 hour? Or is it more important to keep those pillars up to absorb 2 hour?

Yep full of wind alright. If the drop rate is worst than Ifrit, I'll be passing wind right at Garuda and doing other things with my game play.
