I never said for SCH it was bad, its a completely different game due to the shield and the multiplier. But this is a post about AST bis, not sch BIS.

Opposite is true. If your tanks aren't experimenting with max time in dps stances and dps rotations, than they are sub optimal.

I partly agree but it may have been to compensate for the lack of MND buff in a SCH/Astro party. So adding a mnd buff before reverting would be ideal.
