Well after two years of XIV:ARR, I can say that there were these 4 to 5 rare occasions where BRD LB3 Raise helped finishing the duty.

So why not have

BRD LB1 = dmg
BRD LB2 = dmg
BRD LB3 =>...

While I can understand most of the comments, I have to say that before Heavensward, the feedback threads here on the forums
mostly suggested "please SE change BRD LB to dmg".
