There are only 8 player characters depicted in the artwork, which is to be expected since this is 8 man content. And there is literally no reason that the character in question needs to be a bard....

This is inherently impossible due to the way Gladiator is structured as a class. So much hacky skill-changing would have to occur that it wouldn't be worth it to not just create a new class....
