Looks like the restriction is lifted (at least for now). I just created a new character.

after trying on and off to log in for 12 hours yesterday I finally got in late last night. it was too late to play but I figured I had earned some actual playtime so I stayed logged in until morning....

nope. i managed to get on late last night from login spamming but I'm getting lots of 2002 today. keeps closing the client and im sick of restarting it.

I don't need to restart the client but it I do have to wait a few minutes in between tries. Restarting the client appears to bypass the waiting.

It seems people are saying that this means servers are offline. This isn't the case. It seems that if the game can't load characters within so much time, it says it cannot update the character list....

Does anyone else have issues with targeting? I press tab to target the enemy literally right in front of me and it selects one 50 yalms behind me...

character info aside, no one who likes final fantasy should want a refund. this game is good. at least as far as I have seen. I guess that's why SE can afford to be incompetent with the whole thing.

What does it say when you enter your digital rights code? That its already registered? That its invalid?
