I did 15 int and 15 mnd on my arcanist. I changed it to 30 mnd and havent see a huge difference. But my dps on the smn was realy lower. So I respec again with 15/15. Don't know the impact for 30...

Did you took your attachement? May sound strange but when you roll over the items in the attachement, the materia do not show. But once in inventory, you will see that the materia are on your items.
