Personally I don't see a problem I'd rather have this than inflation and you'd be surprised at how much gil enters the economy each day.

As others have said they have crafting and gathering classes to make gil(Not gold). I've been leveling botanist and miner and been making bank.

I 100% agree, the twitching / jerkiness when enemies are hit needs to be turned down, maybe only for critical hits or when they're nuked, it almost hurt my eyes to see big hulking immovable boss like...

Yah that bothered me, the monsters shouldn't recoil after every attack, maybe only critical hits. The whole time the enemies were getting hit they were jerking around like an epileptic.
