Don't be sorry, this is great for me to hear. It means there is something that can be addressed by SE, if needed. I would be upset to learn that the items are for only 1 character, and I had no way...

I just had a chance to go check out the Mogstation. Both of the characters in question ARE on the same service account. There is a 2nd service account, but it is inactive and has no characters...
