When you hit the cap it will not show up in the attribute window for MP at the very least. I wonder if it is the same for MND.

I think there is a bigger issue than power leveling. Simply the rate at which one can gain exp is pretty nuts. Being able to pull 200k exp/hr with little effort I think is the bigger issue.
