Mind > Crit/Piety > Spellspeed/Determination.

Mind = Increases Healing
Piety = More Mana, Mana Regen = More Heals.
Crit = Chance of healing more = less MP, more heals.
Spellspeed = useless...

It's not hard to tell if cleric stance is toggle on or off. You should always have an eye on your party frames, and your frame is included. See a red icon that looks like a debuff? It's cleric...

Also, as a white mage, one protip is to use stoneshield more than you use cure. Helps absorb most of the damage if you're planning to one-tank hydra.
