To let you know, this has been a consistent problem since they released the first big patch. It's an issue with their patcher, and the only work around is to obtain the files from another source.

I've tried the following ping altering software:

-Ping Zapper
-Battle Ping
-WTFast
-Lower Ping

I was finally able to connect with Lowerping with their New York 2 server.
