Rath's rotation still works wonderfully for 3*. With minimum 3* stats you can fail 2 flawless synths. With ~3000 starting quality you should be able to reach 100% with 10IQ stacks.

You most likely won't be able to apply the heavensward keys cross-region. An NA account will require an NA copy of heavensward and vice versa.

Except it doesn't help at all when the connection is failing mid way somewhere in France and not on your end.

Having the same problem connecting out of Poland, local ISP. Odin server.

Poland, same problem here. Yesterday was getting random 90000 errors followed by 2002 errors, but was still able to log in after a couple tries. Today I'm not able to connect at all. Odin server.
