With the current gear selection, it's Deviled Eggs if you need less than 10 accuracy, and HQ Stuffed Cabbage if you need more acc (up to 27). For DPS anyway.

No, there is no way to make a macro that shoots off procs whenever they occur. You just have to pay attention and not waste them.

Normally in an AoE situation, I don't need to do my full RS + Contagion + Bane rotation. Unless im doing T5. Which isn't like any other fight in this game. Typically the mobs don't live long...
