I knew the lottery system would only be a bandaid for a larger problem. We need instanced housing. This housing system needs to be removed and replaced, and homeowners need to be refunded.

I'm so damn tired of bandaids. Rip the whole thing out and replace it.

Screw getting permission at this point. Rip it out, refund the worth of the housing and all housing items, and rework the whole thing from the ground up.
