yes it does, and not very often. I've done very little/no testing, but I wouldn't be surprised +25 gives you like 2.5% or something like that.

In his tests, the difference between a 0 MND cura vs. an 8 MND cura is (on average) 1034 vs. 1038. That alone is a good indicator that when matching up the 1068 average of +27 MND vs. the 1065...
