I've just resubbed to the game after taken a few months off, I stopped playing just before the introduction of the pvp patch. So I've come across a few surprises having just logged back...

Currently experiencing these issues myself. 10102 and 90K error for the past 30 minutes ;-;

Same problem here buddy, with the occasional 'Can't connect to servers etc'. They posted saying they solved the login issues but I'mstill having trouble =/

I took Friday just gone till next Monday off. Unpaid too....

/le-sigh. Hope they get things fixed up!
