Some people have said don't allow kicks during combat... wouldn't you be able to avoid being kicked by just randomly aggroing then? I think no kicks during loot rolls seems like a better idea.

There is an EXP bonus for it and the achievements grant an additional EXP bonus. Isn't the treasure map system still planned as well? I assume there is a title as well.
