Another reason it would be nice for jobs to have the gear, is so not everyone looks identical. It would allow for some personal customization!

We crashed 20 mins ago right after 40 Garuda. Can't see my main character.

Just cleared rank 40 Garuda. Couldn't zone out. Stuck on loading screen. Forced quit and now can't log back into game.
