What time zone are you most active in? I'm a recent transfer to Balmung (returning player from re-launch). Don't have much raid xp yet (fresh ilvl 80 NIN) but would love a good home with laid back...

Here's hoping SE will look at this thread and give us a grace period while the resolve it :) Or at least let us start using our 30 free days

So I ordered through Amazon and I know they've been told not to give any more digital downloads. Sooooo I went to GameStop and purchased a physical copy of the game. Do you guys think this will work:...

I finally got through via the phone and they confirmed this. They couldn't give a more accurate ETA but did say that we would essentially be locked out until the accounts merge.

This game is so good. The devs did such a great job but their service is about to cost them a ton of players. Srsly.....WoW and SWTOR have thier issues but nothing like sitting on hold for SIX HOURS...

I had good luck with chat. Got to Pos 1 and was in touch with a rep in like 5 min. I think I spent a total of 3 hours in queue.

Yeah I called early and got through. I'm actually on with someone from Live Chat at the moment. I'll let you guys know if they are able to resolve the issue for me.

Does your call just ring over and over? Mine rings then I get a canned message thanking me for my patience then it rings more....rinse and repeat.

anyone who has called the US number - does it ring over and over after telling you to continue to hold? Instead of hold music or something?

I would be totally fine with just waiting it out. But something tells me if I do there there will be a few days at least that I can't play. Unless I purchases another copy (which I think we can't do...
