Ya that's exactly what i'm getting at. Steam and Battle.net max out my dl speed(10MBps) but FF14 only ever goes to 4MBps. So anyone who wants the DX11 client will have to dl the entire game over...

It was the gtx970 card that had the issue with using more then 3.5 of it's 4gb of ram. I think it's still a decent card but i'd get a 960 or a 980 if you got the money for it.
