The up of BS and True Strike make ID useless, simplifying the optimal rotation. A 15s twin snakes buff make True Strike ALWAYS profitable, even when you have to refresh...

Shield Oath is buffed, more enmity gain, and WAR will be as viable as PLD as main tank, so maybe threat will not be our major trouble in 2.1
