In general, people won't have a problem with helping. But they have a problem wasting their time helping somebody who isn't putting even a slight effort or can't deal with simple...
New sets obviously
How is Ruin2 + ED or Ruin + Fester even considered a rotation?
Pro tip: you should use all of the above.
They mentioned that the three parties will be separated for the most time in Crystal Tower, only meeting for bosses maybe and such? Might be their way around this, lol :p
They said they will add add-on support around 6 months after release
How? The story is about you unlocking the job, so if it was a continuation from 1.0 then what with new people?
Except changing the story wouldn't make any more sense, because you already unlocked and advanced the job anyway, so you would be doing it again.

They are not retroactive so no, you don't get them for paying in 1.0.
I'd think so, yes.
I'm pretty sure Yoshida said that since you can change the gender of your character at start of ARR they will introduce a way to change the seasonal items?
What? You don't think it's just right for the great continent of North America?
PC players that have 1.0 were never required to buy the new PC version.
Sorry, but you're reaching horribly faaar with these comparisons :P
These are only the symbols of the Twelve, period.
Familiar how? By the fact they're playing the same game? :P
Well, hate to tell you this, but in S-E's dictionary "middle of the month" = no sooner than the last week, probably next month
:P
