The game is capped at whatever vertical refresh rate you have. In your case prolly a 60Hz monitor. In some cases, like mine, a 120Hz monitor could get you a capped 120fps.

i just walked all the way to the top of the map (Coerthas). Not many monsters to stop you, couple of fun mini-castles up there too.
