You also get a lot more mileage out of Thyrus +1 since all allagan weapon drops come from Turn 5. If you're looking to get out of Cowl, HQ Vanya with melded materia is a very strong upgrade.

To people saying "Low accuracy", the only time it's reasonably probable to miss with Holy is during Coil.

When stacked on other abilities, Eye for an Eye is an great tool to have for any healer. Personally, I enjoy it.

I find it hilarious that people are saying Paladin takes more spike damage than WAR in T1 when we have over 6 cooldowns that we can rotate.
