i caught one at 1730, so i think you can safely say 1700 would be fine :)

i felt the same way months ago getting silver sovereigns. i had maxed out stats, but people far lower than me were getting better HQ catches than i was.

if you want to catch the big big fish, it matters...

the spreadsheet says Octomammoth - Yumizuno 0700 - 1700
but ff14angler.com says 0900-1600 and mooched off goby/herring, which would be a lower bait like goby balls or lugworms to catch goby's

they are not equip-able by "all classes"

i70 accessories are "all classes" which is why DOL...

did they ninja the catch rates for this?
