Okay, bumping for you so you can see this. I was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling the Skype windows 10 preview on my PC. Suddenly, voices were back to normal. IDK WHY this...

Same exact issue with me, happening from today only, ever. No settings had been changed and it happened mid-game.

Voices are muffled and echoed. I don't get it. Tried re-playing old cut-scenes....

Agreed. I only play PC, but this stuff should really be saved server-side. Would be nice.
